In the month of July in Seattle, the fourth is the day when it is the most likely to rain. If that intrigues you, check out this chart that I found on the Komo4 site. Here's are a couple more for you. In the last 115 years, it has rained 86 times on November 19 (74.7%.) It is least likely to rain on July 30, August 1, and August 4.
